Move Services for Hospitals, Healthcare and Lab Facilities

Our physical equipment relocation services include:


Operational Readiness
: Assesses the status of ongoing operations and prescribes the needed change management activities to ensure programs and services at a new facility are ready to begin immediate, safe and efficient operations on the first day of occupancy.

Inventory Surveys: Physical equipment surveys that compile verified inventory data tables that can be used for equipment planning, move-list development, surplus asset reassignments and removal plans.

I.T. Equipment Deployment: Receiving, distributing, deploying, installing, testing and packaging removal services. Typically, used for not-in-contract (NIC) Internet and communication technology (ICT) equipment.

Move Planning:  Development of a transfer strategy and move sequence schedule for the relocation of equipment, furniture, health records and other content which minimizes downtime and maintains the continuity of essential operations throughout a transition period

Medical & IT Equipment Plan Assessment: Review existing equipment procurement plans and in conjunction with other program leads (e.g., biomedical, I.T.) verify and enhance plans to ensure all equipment is received, stored, deployed and operational in advance to move activities.

Patient Transfer Coordination: Coordinate and enable the transfer of patients from an existing facility to a new facility.

Relocation Services: Manage and perform the physical relocation if equipment, furniture and contents from an existing facility to a new facility or renovated area.  Service may include cleaning and packaging services of select equipment should IPAC protocols require.

Specialty Vendor Coordination: 
Coordinate specialty vendors and sub-trades required to disassemble, relocate, calibrate, disconnect and decommission clinical, imaging or laboratory equipment.

Disposal: Asset disassembly, consolidation, liquidation of remaining value and repurpose viable assets to charitable programs. Disposal as recycled material is also used to divert as much equipment from local landfill sites.
