Successfully completing a Not-in-Contract (NIC) Equipment Deployment project at the Milton District Hospital Expansion project, The Readiness Group Inc., working closely with PCL Constructors Canada and the Halton Healthcare staff, documented process flows and best-practices for conducting NIC I.T. deployed projects.

Below is a lessons-learned document written in an easy to consume check-list style. It is written with the intent of supporting ProjectCo staff planning similar NIC deployments of ICT equipment.  While the checklist is not exhaustive, it does outline 8 major considerations that may help your selected vendor and further ensure a successful and timely effort.
