The Readiness Group Inc. has recently completed a Not-in-Contract (NIC) Equipment Deployment project at the Milton District Hospital Expansion project. Working to support PCL Constructors Canada and the Halton Healthcare staff, Internet Communication Technology equipment not original in-scope for the ProjectCo was deployed as one of the project tasks just prior to substantial completion.

Below is a lessons-learned document written in an easy to consume check-list style. It is written with the intent of supporting ProjectCo staff planning similar NIC deployments of ICT equipment.  While the checklist is not exhaustive, it does outline 8 major considerations that may help your selected vendor and further ensure a successful and timely effort.
